A Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector's responsibilities also include:
Ordering supplies, maintaining appropriate PAR levels, scheduling & payroll management.
Inspects airport & public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness & working order; including VIPs Assist in training new Team Members & developing existing Team Members.
Manage safety & security procedures Requirements:
Prior housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
Effective business communication skills.
Positive guest and associate relations skills.
Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, payroll and productivity.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
