AV Lead Technician

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of lead installation experience in the custom electronics integration field, or related industry, a great attitude, experience with network systems, lighting controls, Lutron, Control4 or Savant (a huge plus), own a car and maintain a clean driving record.
You must provide your own hand and cordless tools.
(Power tools are provided).

Responsibilities:
Install, configure and support residential and commercial wired and wireless networks.
Install, configure and support Home Automation Systems (Lutron, Savant, Control4.
) Troubleshoot and resolve problems with a variety of Automation/AV systems.
Measure, install and support Lutron Motorized Window Treatments.
Work with other team members, both inside and outside of the Intra Home Systems office.
Must have a strong understanding of general construction and electrical principles.
Deliver first class customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
